  • USA Shipping: 3-6 day shipping - Domestic (USA) orders are processed within 1-3 days unless there are issues with the shipping address or other order mix-ups. In the case of an address issue, we will do our best to ensure your item gets to you as quickly as possible. All USA orders come with tracking, but please note it can take 1-3 days for the tracking number to be updated. This is due to some items shipping from our warehouse or being delayed by carriers like UPS, which sometimes take time to scan tracking numbers. For best results, always include your name and email with your order in case the package label is lost or unreadable.

  • New Product Shipping: When purchasing newly released items, such as cases for brand new phone models, shipping may be delayed due to ongoing testing to ensure the highest quality. If you ordered a case for a new phone and didn’t receive shipping info, it’s possible the case is still in testing. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! If this happens, we will send you a temporary case to use while we finalize the case you originally ordered. And the best part? You get to keep both cases at no extra charge!

Gorilla Cases International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping from Our International Warehouse: All international orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse. Upon shipment, you will not receive a tracking number immediately. Tracking will only be provided once your order has cleared customs and is transferred to your local postal service. This is because we use standard international shipping, which does not provide tracking prior to customs clearance.

  • Why No Tracking Until After Customs? Standard shipping is used to keep costs low for our customers. Offering full tracking internationally would increase the shipping price by more than half the cost of one case. Once your package clears customs and is handed over to your local postal service, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

  • Fast-Track Shipping for Large Orders: For international orders over $500, we offer 24-hour fast-tracking with DHL Express, providing complete tracking from the moment your package ships. This is a faster and more reliable option for larger orders.

  • Customs & Delivery Time: We do not have control over customs processing times, which can vary based on your country’s regulations and shipping volume. International deliveries typically take between 1-3 weeks, but delays can occur if customs is slow or during periods of increased shipping traffic.
