We review your request and send a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Ship it back using our label
US customers receive a free return shipping label (download and print). International defective/wrong item returns also receive a free label. International non-defective returns: AUD4.99 (~$4.99 USD) fee applies.

Receive your replacement or store credit within 2 business days
Once we receive and inspect your return, your replacement ships or store credit is issued within 2 business days. You will receive email confirmation at every step.
