Cancellation Policy
At Gorilla Cases, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the automated nature of our order processing system, all sales are final once an order is placed.
When an order is submitted, our system immediately generates the postage and initiates the shipping process. This automation ensures prompt delivery but also incurs costs on our end. Given the current economic climate and inflationary pressures, we cannot accommodate cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Additionally, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of phone cases. Studies have shown that a cell phone can harbor ten times more bacteria than a toilet seat, making it nearly a perishable item once used. Unfortunately, we cannot determine if a case has been used or remains unopened, as we have encountered instances where customers returned used cases claiming they were unused. Therefore, we have a blanket policy that states once the phone case arrives at your home, it is your phone case permanently.
We urge you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. Please make sure you are confident in your selection, as we are unable to process cancellations or changes to your order once it has been placed.
