We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be accepted as non-defective returns. Approved returns receive a store credit (which never expires) or an exchange of equal value. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered. No restocking fees on US returns. International non-defective returns: AUD4.99 (~$4.99 USD) processing fee.
