• We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
• Once an order is placed it enters fulfillment immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified — please double-check your model, color, and shipping address before checkout
• Your order is not accepted until Gorilla Cases confirms it and processes payment
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — you will be notified and fully refunded if we do

Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
• United States: Free standard shipping · delivery in 3–6 business days after shipping
• International: $4.99 flat-rate · delivery in 10–14 business days depending on customs and local postal service
• Tracking numbers are emailed after fulfillment — allow 24–48 hours for the link to activate
• We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control

Return and Exchange Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned — phone cases are high-contact personal-use products that cannot be sanitized or resold once handled
• Non-defective returns must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
• Defective, damaged, or wrong items are accepted in any condition — we reship at no cost with a free return label
• Approved returns receive a store credit (never expires) or exchange of equal value — no cash refunds to original payment method
• No restocking fees on US returns. International non-defective returns: AUD4.99 (~$4.99 USD) processing fee
• Contact us within 30 days to qualify — returns sent without prior RMA authorization cannot be processed
