Protection Tips for Your OnePlus 9 Pro Kickstand Case
1. Test the Kickstand Angle on Your Desk. After installation, prop the OnePlus 9 Pro on your primary work surface and adjust the kickstand to the viewing angle that keeps the Fluid AMOLED display at comfortable eye level.
2. Keep the Alert Slider Clear. Verify the three-position alert slider is accessible and moves freely in all three positions after installing the OnePlus 9 Pro kickstand case.
3. Check Kickstand Pivot After Drops. After a significant drop, verify the kickstand pivot still opens and closes smoothly and holds the phone at the correct angle without slipping.
4. Wipe the Camera Area Regularly. The Hasselblad camera lenses are the most valuable hardware on the OnePlus 9 Pro. Wipe the lens area with a microfiber cloth regularly to prevent dust and fingerprint accumulation on the exposed lenses.
5. Add a Screen Film for Extra Scratch Defense. While the built-in front panel guards against drops, a separate scratch-resistant film inside the panel adds protection against pointed abrasion sources.
6. Do Not Use the Kickstand as a Handle. The kickstand is designed to prop the phone, not to hold it. Apply grip force to the case body, not the kickstand arm.
7. Clean the Kickstand Hinge Periodically. Dust and pocket debris can accumulate in the kickstand hinge. Open and close it a few times and wipe the hinge area with a dry cloth every month.
8. Confirm Wireless Charging Alignment. When using wireless charging, ensure the OnePlus 9 Pro kickstand case back panel is flat on the charging pad. The kickstand arm should be folded fully closed during wireless charging.
